About MSC

Our Company Mission & Value

In the world of manufacturing engineering and automation. MSC has been inside aircraft and airframe facilities, heavy equipment plants, and agricultural manufacturing. Most recently, a food packaging injection molding company. Sales kept climbing every year, but the floor told a different story. We couldn’t keep up. Too much overtime, constant schedule changes, and a lot of pressure on the people who did show up.

At the root of it, we just couldn’t hire or retain enough reliable workers. It started bleeding into customer service and margins pretty quickly.

MSC helps manufacturers achieve lower labor costs and increased throughput by identifying automation solutions and developing best practices for future growth. A quick Google search on employer struggles shows 65% of firms list recruitment and retention as their top business challenge. Last year firms left nearly half a million jobs unfilled because of this.

At MSC, we are looking for manufacturers who are interested in improving their bottom line, becoming more competitive in their industry and having the ability to flex their labor availability up and down as their business dictates.

It is my pleasure to recommend Mike Gallo. During the approximately seven years that Mike worked for me as a Project Manager at Airlite Plastics, he consistently demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering successful projects. Mike contributed to a broad range of engineering and facility initiatives, including implementation and continuous improvement of our V2 automation systems, development of robotic preventative maintenance programs, coordination with equipment vendors, and projects that improved equipment reliability and long-term performance. He also successfully managed capital and facility projects, including warehouse racking, autonomous mobile robot (AMR) initiatives, building improvements, the label print area, and the gauge room. His organization, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams earned the respect of colleagues and business partners alike.

Mike's greatest strengths are his dependability, collaborative leadership, and practical approach to solving problems. He consistently guided projects through change while keeping teams focused on results and maintaining strong working relationships. I am confident these qualities will make him an outstanding partner for organizations seeking project management, engineering coordination, or operational consulting services.
